Lecture: Exploring Chicago History with Tommy Henry

Join the museum in welcoming speaker Tommy Henry, host of the Chicago History Podcast, which covers a wide variety of topics surrounding local history in Chicago and its surrounding areas. Ranging from the Black Women’s Worker Strikes of the 1930s, to the history of Chicago hot dogs, to enthralling retellings of iconic Chicago sports moments, Mr. Henry has created educational and entertaining content in the interest of appreciating, preserving, and sharing Chicago’s history. Tickets for this event are free to members and $5/person for non-members. Tickets can be purchased at the door on the day of the event.
