Garden Four
Garden Four is oriented toward Linden Avenue and is one of the most visited gardens since it flanks the Main Entry. Along the circle walk, the ornamental trees are Peking Tree Lilacs with a border of dwarf alpine current and hosta. Shrub ensembles include rhododendron and azaleas, with perennial geranium along the terrace wall. The display beds feature annuals with two to three rotations throughout the season.
Approach Four
Flanking the oval stairs are pear trees, valued for their spring bloom and their upright and compact habit. At the oval stairs, barberry and spirea provide spring bloom and presence.
